This policy explains how Aureon Music Group operates this service and protects its customers.
Delivery
After successful payment, Aureon sends a transactional email containing a secure download link. The buyer is responsible for entering an email address they can access.
Single-use access
Each purchased song currently includes one authorised download. The link may expire after the period shown in the delivery email. Save and back up the file after downloading.
Technical problems
Opening the email does not use the entitlement. If a genuine technical failure prevents delivery, contact Aureon support promptly with the order reference so the purchase can be verified.
Permitted use
Downloaded music is for the purchaser’s personal use unless a separate written licence has been granted. Sharing the file or download link, resale and public redistribution are prohibited.
