Been the subject of multiple substantiated copyright complaints;
Repeatedly breached Aureon's licensing agreements;
Continued infringing activity after receiving warnings;
Engaged in a pattern of unauthorised use of copyrighted material.
There is no fixed number of complaints that automatically results in repeat infringer status. Aureon will consider the seriousness, frequency, and surrounding circumstances of each case.

Where appropriate, Aureon may issue one or more copyright warnings before taking further enforcement action.
A warning may:
Explain the nature of the alleged infringement;
Identify the affected content;
Request that the infringing activity cease;

Prosecuting agencies;
Other competent authorities.
Any such referral will be made in accordance with applicable law.

The seriousness of the infringement;
Whether the infringement was intentional or inadvertent;
Whether the user has previously infringed copyright;
The commercial impact on rights holders;
Whether the user has cooperated during the investigation;
Any remedial steps taken by the user.
