SECTION 1 – INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Aureon Music Group Listener Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms").
These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of Aureon's Listener Subscription service, which provides eligible subscribers with access to premium music streaming and other subscription benefits made available through the Aureon Platform.
These Subscription Terms apply to all Listener Subscription plans unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
2. PURPOSE OF THESE TERMS
These Subscription Terms explain:
How Listener Subscriptions operate;
What subscription benefits are included;
Your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber;
Payment and billing procedures;
Subscription renewals and cancellations;
Restrictions on the use of subscription services;
Suspension and termination of subscriptions.
These Subscription Terms are intended to provide a clear and transparent framework for the use of Aureon's subscription services.
3. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER LEGAL DOCUMENTS
These Subscription Terms form part of Aureon's overall legal framework and should be read together with the following documents:
Terms of Use;
Privacy Policy;
Master Music Licensing Agreement (where applicable);
Copyright Policy;
Acceptable Use Policy;
Refund & Cancellation Policy;
Cookie Policy;
Community Guidelines;
Any additional policies published by Aureon from time to time.
Where these Subscription Terms conflict with the general Terms of Use in relation to Listener Subscriptions, these Subscription Terms shall prevail for matters relating specifically to the subscription service.
4. WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO
These Subscription Terms apply to every person who:
Purchases a Listener Subscription;
Activates a free trial where offered;
Uses subscription-only listening features;
Streams music through an active Listener Subscription;
Creates playlists using subscription features;
Accesses premium content made available to subscribers.
These Terms apply whether the subscription is purchased directly through Aureon or through an authorised third-party billing platform.
5. PERSONAL LISTENER SUBSCRIPTION
A Listener Subscription is intended solely for personal, private, non-commercial listening.
Unless Aureon expressly provides otherwise in writing, the Listener Subscription does not authorise:
Commercial use of music;
Public performance;
Broadcasting;
Business use;
Synchronisation of music with videos;
Redistribution of music;
Creator licensing rights.
Commercial use requires a separate licence.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By:
Purchasing a Listener Subscription;
Starting a free trial;
Activating a subscription;
Streaming subscription content;
Clicking an "I Agree" or similar acceptance button; or
Otherwise using the Listener Subscription service,
you confirm that you:
Have read these Subscription Terms;
Understand these Subscription Terms;
Agree to be legally bound by these Subscription Terms;
Agree to comply with Aureon's Terms of Use and related policies.
If you do not agree to these Subscription Terms, you must not use the Listener Subscription service.
7. ELIGIBILITY
To purchase or use a Listener Subscription, you must:
Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
Meet the minimum legal age required under applicable law or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted;
Provide accurate registration and payment information;
Maintain an active Aureon Account;
Comply with these Subscription Terms.
Aureon reserves the right to refuse or terminate subscriptions that do not meet these eligibility requirements.
8. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT
An active Aureon Account is required to access Listener Subscription services.
Your subscription is linked to your Aureon Account and may include features such as:
Music streaming;
Personal playlists;
Favourite tracks;
Listening history;
Account preferences;
Subscription management.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials.
9. INTERNATIONAL AVAILABILITY
Aureon intends to make Listener Subscriptions available in multiple countries.
However:
Available features;
Music catalogue;
Subscription pricing;
Payment methods;
Promotions;
Device compatibility;
may vary depending on your country or region.
Certain content may also be unavailable where required by licensing restrictions or applicable law.
10. NO OWNERSHIP OF MUSIC
Your Listener Subscription provides access to stream Licensed Content during your active subscription.
Your subscription does not transfer ownership of:
Songs;
Albums;
Recordings;
Copyright;
Artist rights;
Intellectual Property Rights.
All ownership remains with Aureon and the applicable rights holders.
11. SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS
The benefits available under your Listener Subscription are determined by the subscription plan you purchase.
Subscription benefits may include:
Unlimited streaming of available music;
Creation of personal playlists;
Personal music libraries;
High-quality audio streaming where available;
Early access to selected releases;
Subscriber-only features introduced by Aureon from time to time.
Available features may change as the Platform evolves.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Aureon may update these Subscription Terms from time to time to reflect:
Changes in applicable law;
New subscription features;
Operational improvements;
Business requirements;
Technological developments.
Where material changes are made, Aureon will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
Updated versions will include:
Version number;
Effective Date;
Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Listener Subscription after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
13. OUR COMMITMENT TO LISTENERS
Aureon Music Group is committed to providing listeners with a premium, secure, and enjoyable music streaming experience.
Our Listener Subscription has been designed to:
Provide convenient access to professionally produced music;
Support artists through lawful music licensing;
Deliver a reliable and high-quality listening experience;
Protect user privacy and security;
Maintain a transparent subscription service built on trust and fairness.
We appreciate every listener who supports Aureon's artists through a subscription and remain committed to continuously improving the listening experience as our catalogue and platform continue to grow.

SECTION 2 – SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & BENEFITS
14. OVERVIEW
Aureon Music Group offers Listener Subscription plans designed to provide convenient access to premium music streaming and other subscriber-only features.
Each subscription plan grants a defined set of benefits.
The features available to a subscriber depend on the active subscription plan purchased.
Aureon may introduce additional subscription plans, features, or benefits from time to time.
15. AVAILABLE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
At launch, Aureon may offer one or more Listener Subscription plans, including:
Individual Listener Plan;
Student Plan (where available);
Family Plan (if introduced);
Duo Plan (if introduced);
Premium Plus Plan (if introduced);
Gift Subscriptions;
Promotional or Trial Plans.
The names, pricing, and features of subscription plans may change over time.
16. INDIVIDUAL LISTENER PLAN
The Individual Listener Plan is intended for a single user and provides personal access to subscription benefits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Individual Plan includes:
Unlimited music streaming from the available catalogue;
Access to new music releases available to subscribers;
Creation and management of personal playlists;
Personal music library;
Favourite tracks;
Listening history;
High-quality audio streaming where supported;
Access across compatible devices linked to the subscriber's account.
The Individual Plan is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
17. SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS
Depending on the subscription plan, subscribers may receive access to:
Unlimited streaming of available songs;
Albums and playlists;
Curated collections;
Personal playlists;
Personal music library;
Favourite artists;
Listening history;
Premium audio quality where available;
Exclusive releases;
Subscriber-only content;
Early access to selected music releases;
Additional features introduced by Aureon.
Benefits may vary between subscription plans.
18. MUSIC CATALOGUE
The music catalogue available through the Listener Subscription consists of Licensed Content made available by Aureon.
The catalogue may change over time due to:
New releases;
Licensing agreements;
Rights holder requests;
Regional licensing restrictions;
Removal of expired content;
Technical updates.
Aureon does not guarantee that every song or album will remain permanently available.
19. UNLIMITED STREAMING
During an active subscription, subscribers may stream available Licensed Content without limitation, subject to:
Reasonable personal use;
Platform functionality;
Network availability;
Fair usage requirements;
This Agreement.
Unlimited streaming does not authorise downloading, redistribution, or commercial exploitation unless separately permitted by Aureon.
20. PERSONAL PLAYLISTS
Subscribers may create, edit, organise, and manage personal playlists.
Playlists may include:
Favourite songs;
Albums;
Artists;
Curated listening collections.
Playlists remain associated with the subscriber's Aureon Account.
Aureon may provide tools to share playlist links where supported, but sharing a playlist does not grant others access to subscription-only content without their own valid subscription.
21. PERSONAL MUSIC LIBRARY
Subscribers may save available music to a personal library for convenient access.
The personal library may include:
Saved albums;
Favourite tracks;
Favourite artists;
Custom collections.
Availability depends on the Licensed Content remaining available within Aureon's catalogue.
22. LISTENING HISTORY
Where enabled, Aureon may maintain a listening history to help subscribers:
Resume playback;
Receive personalised recommendations;
Rediscover previously played music;
Improve the listening experience.
Listening history is managed in accordance with Aureon's Privacy Policy.
Subscribers may be able to clear or manage their listening history through their account settings where this functionality is available.
23. AUDIO QUALITY
Depending on the subscription plan and the subscriber's device, Aureon may offer different audio quality options, including:
Standard quality;
High quality;
Lossless or high-resolution formats where available.
Actual playback quality depends on:
Device compatibility;
Internet connection;
Streaming settings;
Availability of the relevant audio format.
Aureon does not guarantee that all content will be available in every audio quality.
24. DEVICE ACCESS
Subscribers may access their Listener Subscription on compatible devices, including:
Desktop computers;
Laptops;
Smartphones;
Tablets;
Smart televisions;
Smart speakers;
Vehicle infotainment systems;
Other supported devices.
Supported devices may change as technology evolves.
25. SIMULTANEOUS STREAMING
To protect artists, rights holders, and the integrity of the subscription service, Aureon may limit the number of simultaneous streams available under each subscription plan.
Unless a subscription expressly provides otherwise:
Individual subscriptions are intended for one active listener at a time;
Simultaneous streaming on multiple devices may be restricted.
Higher-tier or Family Plans may permit additional simultaneous streams where specifically offered.
26. OFFLINE LISTENING
Where Aureon introduces offline listening functionality, subscribers may temporarily download authorised music for offline playback within the Aureon application.
Offline downloads:
Remain encrypted where technically supported;
May only be played through authorised Aureon software;
Are available only while the subscription remains active;
May expire or require periodic online verification.
Offline access does not transfer ownership of the music.
27. EXCLUSIVE CONTENT
Certain subscription plans may provide access to exclusive content, including:
Early music releases;
Subscriber-only playlists;
Live sessions;
Artist interviews;
Behind-the-scenes content;
Special events.
Availability of exclusive content is determined by Aureon and may change over time.
28. FUTURE FEATURES
Aureon may introduce additional subscriber features, including:
AI-powered music recommendations;
Collaborative playlists;
Social listening;
Personalised radio stations;
Artist communities;
Listening statistics;
Premium audio enhancements.
Access to future features depends on the subscriber's plan and technical availability.
29. FAIR USE
Listener Subscriptions are intended for normal personal listening.
Subscribers shall not:
Use automated streaming systems;
Artificially inflate streaming statistics;
Operate streaming farms;
Use bots or scripts to manipulate listening activity;
Circumvent technical limitations;
Interfere with Platform functionality.
Aureon may investigate suspected abuse and take appropriate action under these Subscription Terms.
30. REGIONAL AVAILABILITY
Certain subscription features or content may be unavailable in some countries due to:
Licensing restrictions;
Legal requirements;
Rights holder limitations;
Technical constraints.
Aureon may modify available features to comply with local laws and licensing obligations.
31. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS
Aureon may improve, replace, or discontinue subscription features from time to time to reflect:
Platform improvements;
Technological developments;
Licensing changes;
Business requirements;
User feedback.
Where material changes reduce core subscription benefits, Aureon will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
32. NO OWNERSHIP OF SUBSCRIPTION FEATURES
Subscriber access to music and Platform features is provided under licence only.
Subscribers do not acquire ownership of:
Music;
Playlists curated by Aureon;
Streaming technology;
Recommendation systems;
Platform software;
Subscription services.
All Intellectual Property Rights remain with Aureon or the applicable rights holders.
33. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY
While Aureon aims to provide a reliable service, it does not guarantee that:
Every song will always be available;
Every feature will operate continuously;
Every device will remain compatible;
Every subscriber benefit will remain unchanged indefinitely.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security updates, licensing changes, or events beyond Aureon's reasonable control.
34. OUR COMMITMENT TO LISTENERS
Aureon Music Group is committed to delivering a premium listening experience that combines exceptional music with a modern, reliable, and user-friendly platform.
Our subscription service is designed to:
Give listeners easy access to high-quality music;
Support artists through lawful licensing and fair compensation;

Respect user privacy and security;

We will continue to expand our catalogue, enhance subscriber features, and invest in technology that helps listeners discover and enjoy the music they love while ensuring that the creators behind that music are recognised and protected.

SECTION 3 – BILLING, PAYMENTS & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
35. OVERVIEW
This Section explains how Listener Subscription fees are charged, how recurring billing operates, how subscriptions renew, and how payments are managed.
By purchasing a Listener Subscription, you authorise Aureon Music Group and its authorised payment processors to collect the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
36. SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Access to Aureon's Listener Subscription service requires payment of the subscription fee applicable to your selected plan.
Subscription pricing is displayed on the Aureon Platform at the time of purchase.
Subscription fees may vary depending on:
Subscription plan;
Country or region;
Promotional offers;
Currency;
Applicable taxes.
The price confirmed during checkout will apply until changed in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
37. BILLING CYCLE
Listener Subscriptions are billed according to the billing cycle selected when you subscribe.
Billing cycles may include:
Monthly subscriptions;
Annual subscriptions;
Other recurring billing periods introduced by Aureon.
Your billing cycle determines the dates on which subscription fees become payable.
38. PAYMENT METHODS
Aureon may accept payment using authorised payment methods including:
Credit cards;
Debit cards;
Digital wallets;
Apple Pay;
Google Pay;
Bank transfers where available;
Other supported payment methods.
Available payment methods may vary by country or region.
39. PAYMENT PROCESSOR
At launch, Aureon uses Stripe as its primary payment processor.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or other authorised payment providers in accordance with their applicable:
Terms of Service;
Privacy Policy;
Security standards;
Fraud prevention procedures.
Aureon generally does not store complete payment card numbers or card verification codes (CVV/CVC).
40. AUTHORISATION TO CHARGE
By purchasing a Listener Subscription, you authorise Aureon and its authorised payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method for:
Subscription fees;
Applicable taxes;
Any additional services you choose to purchase.
This authorisation remains in effect until your subscription is cancelled or terminated.
41. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Unless cancelled before the next billing date, your Listener Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.
Upon renewal, the applicable subscription fee will be charged using your nominated payment method.
Automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted access to your subscription benefits.
42. RENEWAL CONFIRMATION
Each successful renewal extends your subscription for the next billing period corresponding to your selected plan.
You may view your renewal status, billing dates, and subscription details through your Aureon Account.
43. PRICE CHANGES
Aureon reserves the right to change subscription pricing.
Where required by applicable law, Aureon will provide reasonable advance notice of material pricing changes before they take effect.
Updated pricing will generally apply from your next renewal date following the applicable notice period.
If you do not agree with the revised pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
44. TAXES
Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes, including:
Value Added Tax (VAT);
Goods and Services Tax (GST);
Sales tax;
Digital services taxes;
Other taxes required by law.
Where Aureon is legally required to collect taxes, they will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
45. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
From time to time, Aureon may offer:
Introductory pricing;
Discounted subscriptions;
Promotional codes;
Limited-time offers;
Partner promotions;
Student discounts where available.
Promotional offers:
May be subject to eligibility requirements;
May not be combined unless expressly stated;
Automatically convert to the standard subscription price after the promotional period unless cancelled beforehand.
46. FREE TRIALS
Where Aureon offers a free trial:
The duration of the trial will be displayed before activation;
Payment details may be required before the trial begins;
The subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Aureon reserves the right to determine eligibility for free trial offers and to prevent abuse, including repeated or fraudulent trial registrations.
47. FAILED PAYMENTS
If Aureon is unable to process a subscription payment, Aureon may:
Retry the payment;
Notify you of the payment failure;
Request an updated payment method;
Temporarily restrict subscription features;
Suspend the subscription;
Terminate the subscription if payment remains outstanding.
During a payment failure, access to certain subscription benefits may be interrupted.
48. GRACE PERIOD
Where appropriate, Aureon may provide a reasonable grace period following a failed payment.
During the grace period:
Certain subscription features may remain available;
Access may be limited;
Continued service is not guaranteed.
If payment is not successfully received within the applicable grace period, the subscription may be suspended or terminated.
49. UPDATING PAYMENT INFORMATION
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information remains:
Accurate;
Current;
Valid.
You may update your payment details through your Aureon Account at any time.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in interrupted service.
50. INVOICES AND RECEIPTS
Where applicable, Aureon may provide electronic invoices or payment receipts containing:
Subscription plan;
Billing period;
Amount paid;
Taxes collected;
Transaction reference;
Currency.
Invoices and receipts may be accessed through your Aureon Account or sent to your registered email address.
51. CURRENCY
Subscription fees are charged in the currency displayed during checkout.
Where currency conversion is required:
Exchange rates are determined by your payment provider or financial institution;
Aureon is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or additional banking charges.
52. REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by Aureon's separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Because Listener Subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content, refunds may be limited after the subscription has commenced, subject to:
Applicable consumer protection laws;
Statutory cancellation rights;
Mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
53. FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect subscribers and artists, Aureon reserves the right to:
Decline suspicious transactions;
Request additional identity verification;
Delay processing of certain payments;
Suspend subscriptions where fraud is reasonably suspected;
Cancel fraudulent purchases.
Fraud prevention measures are implemented in accordance with applicable law.
54. CHARGEBACKS
If a subscriber initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:
Aureon may temporarily suspend the subscription while the matter is investigated;
Access to subscription benefits may be restricted;
Aureon reserves the right to contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks through the payment provider.
Nothing in this Section affects your statutory consumer rights.
55. RECORDS
Aureon may maintain records relating to:
Subscription purchases;
Billing history;
Payment confirmations;
Renewals;
Promotional offers used;
Refund requests;
Chargebacks;
Subscription cancellations.
These records are maintained in accordance with Aureon's Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
56. NO WAIVER OF PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
Cancellation, suspension, or termination of a Listener Subscription does not affect payment obligations that accrued before the effective date of cancellation or termination.
Subscribers remain responsible for any fees lawfully incurred before the subscription ended.
57. CHANGES TO BILLING SERVICES
Aureon may update its billing systems, payment providers, or payment procedures to improve:
Security;
Efficiency;
Fraud prevention;
User experience;
Compliance with applicable law.
Where such changes materially affect subscribers, Aureon will provide reasonable notice where required.
58. OUR COMMITMENT TO FAIR BILLING
Aureon Music Group is committed to providing a transparent, secure, and consumer-friendly subscription service.
Our billing system is designed to:
Clearly communicate subscription pricing;
Protect payment information through trusted payment providers;
Provide predictable recurring billing;
Support flexible subscription management;
Comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
We aim to ensure that subscribers can enjoy uninterrupted access to Aureon's music catalogue while benefiting from a secure and professionally managed payment experience.

LISTENER SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
SECTION 4 – ACCEPTABLE USE & LISTENER RESPONSIBILITIES
59. OVERVIEW
Aureon Music Group provides Listener Subscriptions for the personal enjoyment of music through a secure, lawful, and professionally managed streaming platform.
Subscribers are expected to use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with these Subscription Terms, the Terms of Use, applicable laws, and the rights of Aureon's artists, creators, and other users.
Failure to comply with this Section may result in suspension or termination of your Listener Subscription and Aureon Account.
60. PERSONAL USE ONLY
Your Listener Subscription is granted solely for your personal, private, and non-commercial listening.
Unless Aureon has expressly granted written permission, you may not use the Listener Subscription for:
Commercial purposes;
Business activities;
Public performances;
Broadcasting;
Commercial entertainment venues;
Professional music services;
Music licensing activities.
Commercial use requires an appropriate Creator Licence or Commercial Licence.
61. LAWFUL USE
You agree to use the Aureon Platform only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the Platform in any way that:
Violates applicable laws;
Infringes the rights of others;
Interferes with Aureon's services;
Compromises Platform security;
Circumvents licensing restrictions.
You remain responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws applicable in your country or region.
62. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Aureon Account credentials.
You agree to:
Keep your password secure;
Use strong authentication credentials;
Notify Aureon promptly if you suspect unauthorised access;
Log out of shared or public devices where appropriate.
You remain responsible for activity occurring through your Account unless caused by Aureon's negligence or another circumstance for which you are not legally responsible.
63. ACCOUNT SHARING
Individual Listener Subscriptions are intended for use by a single subscriber unless your subscription plan expressly provides otherwise.
You must not:
Share your login credentials;
Allow unauthorised persons to use your subscription;
Sell or transfer your subscription;
Rent or lease access to your account.
Family or multi-user plans, where offered, are governed by their own eligibility requirements.
64. STREAMING LIMITATIONS
Subscribers shall not:
Operate automated streaming software;
Artificially increase stream counts;
Use bots or scripts to generate listening activity;
Create streaming farms;
Manipulate listening statistics;
Circumvent technical limitations.
Aureon may investigate unusual activity and take appropriate action where abuse is reasonably suspected.
65. NO UNAUTHORISED COPYING
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or authorised by Aureon, you must not:
Copy music;
Record streams;
Download music outside authorised functionality;
Duplicate recordings;
Create permanent copies of streamed content.
Your subscription grants access to streaming only unless offline listening is expressly provided.
66. NO REDISTRIBUTION
You must not redistribute Licensed Content by:
Uploading music to other platforms;
Sharing music files;
Emailing copies of recordings;
Hosting music on websites;
Publishing Aureon music through third-party services;
Making Licensed Content available for public download.
All distribution rights remain with Aureon and the applicable rights holders.
67. NO PUBLIC PERFORMANCE
Your Listener Subscription does not authorise public performance of Aureon's music.
Without an appropriate licence, you must not play Aureon music in:
Restaurants;
Cafés;
Bars;
Retail stores;
Hotels;
Fitness centres;
Public events;
Waiting rooms;
Commercial premises.
Public performance rights may require additional licences from relevant rights organisations and/or Aureon.
68. NO COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION
You must not use Aureon's music to:
Generate commercial income;
Produce advertisements;
Create promotional campaigns;
Synchronise music with commercial videos;
Produce podcasts;
Publish YouTube videos;
Create social media marketing;
Develop client content.
These activities require an appropriate Creator or Commercial Licence.
69. NO MODIFICATION OF MUSIC
Unless expressly authorised by Aureon, you must not:
Remix songs;
Sample recordings;
Create mashups;
Separate vocals;
Extract stems;
Modify recordings;
Produce derivative musical works.
Listening rights do not include production or editing rights.
70. AI AND MACHINE LEARNING
Subscribers must not use Aureon's music for:
Artificial intelligence training;
Machine learning;
Voice cloning;
Dataset creation;
Audio analysis for AI development;
Generative AI systems;
Automated music generation.

71. PLATFORM SECURITY
You must not:
Attempt unauthorised access to Aureon's systems;
Circumvent security measures;
Reverse engineer Platform software;
Introduce malware;
Interfere with Platform operation;
Exploit software vulnerabilities.
Responsible disclosure of genuine security vulnerabilities is encouraged through Aureon's designated reporting channels.
72. PROHIBITED CONTENT
You must not use the Platform to promote, distribute, or facilitate:
Illegal activity;
Fraud;
Terrorism;
Child exploitation;
Unlawful hate speech;
Violence;
Malware;
Unauthorised copyright infringement.
Aureon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
73. FAIR USE OF THE SERVICE
Subscribers agree to use the Listener Subscription in a manner consistent with normal personal listening.
Excessive or abusive use that materially affects Platform performance, other users, or Aureon's licensing obligations may result in restrictions or suspension.
Examples include:
Automated streaming;
Excessive simultaneous device usage beyond plan limits;
Attempts to bypass technical controls;
Abuse of promotional offers.
74. DEVICE RESPONSIBILITY
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that devices used to access Aureon are:
Secure;
Free from malicious software where reasonably practicable;
Compatible with the Platform;
Used only by authorised persons.
Aureon is not responsible for security issues arising from compromised user devices.
75. REPORTING UNAUTHORISED USE
If you become aware of:
Unauthorised access to your Account;
Unauthorised use of Aureon's music;
Suspected copyright infringement;
Security vulnerabilities affecting the Platform,
you should notify Aureon as soon as reasonably practicable.
Prompt reporting helps protect your Account and Aureon's artists and rights holders.
76. SUSPENSION FOR MISUSE
Aureon may suspend or restrict your Listener Subscription where it reasonably believes that you have:
Breached these Subscription Terms;
Violated applicable law;
Misused the Platform;
Circumvented subscription restrictions;
Infringed Aureon's Intellectual Property Rights;
Engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
Where appropriate, Aureon may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before taking permanent action.
77. TERMINATION FOR SERIOUS BREACHES
Aureon may terminate your Listener Subscription or Aureon Account immediately where you:
Commit serious or repeated breaches of these Terms;
Engage in copyright infringement;
Commit fraud;
Misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes;
Use Aureon's music for prohibited AI activities;
Intentionally interfere with Platform security.
Termination may occur without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect Aureon, its artists, users, or legal rights.
78. COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER POLICIES
Your use of the Listener Subscription is also subject to Aureon's:

Privacy Policy;
Cookie Policy;
Copyright Policy;
Acceptable Use Policy;
Community Guidelines;
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These documents form part of Aureon's overall legal framework.
79. OUR COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBLE LISTENING

These Acceptable Use requirements are designed to:

SECTION 5 – CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION & GENERAL PROVISIONS
80. OVERVIEW
This Section explains how Listener Subscriptions may be cancelled, suspended, or terminated, the effect of those actions on your access to Aureon's services, and the general legal provisions governing your subscription.
Aureon Music Group aims to administer subscriptions fairly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
81. CANCELLATION BY THE SUBSCRIBER
You may cancel your Listener Subscription at any time through:
Your Aureon Account settings;
The billing platform through which the subscription was purchased;
Any other cancellation method made available by Aureon.
Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals but does not immediately terminate your access unless otherwise stated.
82. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period;
No further subscription fees will be charged after cancellation becomes effective;
You may continue to enjoy subscription benefits until the subscription expires.
At the end of the billing period, your subscription benefits will automatically cease.
83. EXPIRY OF SUBSCRIPTION
When your Listener Subscription expires:
Access to premium streaming features will end;
Subscriber-only content will no longer be available;
Premium audio quality features may be removed;
Offline listening functionality, where available, will be disabled;
Offline downloads will no longer be playable through the Aureon application;
Any subscriber-exclusive benefits will cease.
Your Aureon Account may remain active unless separately closed.
84. PLAYLISTS AND MUSIC LIBRARY
Following the expiry or cancellation of your Listener Subscription:
Your playlists;
Saved albums;
Favourite tracks;
Listening history;
Personal music library;
may remain associated with your Aureon Account where technically possible.
However, access to subscription-only content within those playlists or libraries may be restricted until a new subscription is activated.
Aureon may retain this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
85. CANCELLATION DURING A FREE TRIAL
If you cancel during an eligible free trial period:
Your subscription will end when the free trial expires;
You will not be charged, provided cancellation occurs before the trial ends;
Premium subscription benefits will cease when the trial concludes.
If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription in accordance with Section 3.
86. REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by Aureon's separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Because Listener Subscriptions provide immediate access to digital services and streamed content, refunds may be unavailable once the subscription has commenced, except where:
Required by applicable consumer protection law;
Required by statutory cancellation rights;
Expressly provided under Aureon's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights.
87. SUSPENSION BY AUREON
Aureon may temporarily suspend your Listener Subscription or Aureon Account where it reasonably believes that:
These Subscription Terms have been materially breached;
Subscription payments have failed;
Fraudulent activity is suspected;
Your Account has been compromised;
The Platform is being misused;
Applicable laws have been violated;
Suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, artists, or other users.
Where appropriate, Aureon may notify you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent action is taken.
88. TERMINATION BY AUREON
Aureon may terminate your Listener Subscription or Aureon Account where you:
Commit repeated or serious breaches of these Subscription Terms;
Infringe Aureon's Intellectual Property Rights;
Engage in fraudulent conduct;
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
Circumvent subscription restrictions;
Use Aureon's music for unauthorised commercial purposes;
Use Licensed Content for prohibited AI or machine learning activities;
Intentionally interfere with Platform security.
Termination may occur immediately where reasonably necessary to protect Aureon's legal rights, Platform integrity, or the rights of artists and other users.
89. EFFECT OF TERMINATION
If your Listener Subscription or Aureon Account is terminated:
Access to subscription services will end;
Premium features will be disabled;
Offline listening rights will cease;
Any remaining subscription period may be forfeited where termination results from a material breach of these Subscription Terms, subject to applicable law;
Aureon may disable access to subscription-only content.
Termination does not affect Aureon's ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights.
90. REACTIVATION
Subscribers may reactivate their Listener Subscription by purchasing a new subscription, provided:
The Aureon Account remains eligible;
Outstanding payment issues have been resolved;
The Account has not been permanently terminated for fraud, unlawful activity, or other serious breaches.
Reactivation is subject to the subscription plans and pricing available at the time of re-subscription.
91. NO TRANSFER OF SUBSCRIPTION
Listener Subscriptions are personal to the subscriber.
Unless expressly authorised by Aureon:
Subscriptions may not be transferred;
Subscription benefits may not be sold;
Subscription access may not be assigned to another person.
Any unauthorised transfer may result in suspension or termination.
92. CHANGES TO THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
Aureon may introduce changes to the Listener Subscription service to:
Improve functionality;
Enhance security;
Expand the music catalogue;
Introduce new features;
Remove obsolete services;
Comply with legal or licensing requirements.
Where changes materially reduce core subscription benefits, Aureon will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
93. FORCE MAJEURE
Aureon shall not be liable for delays or interruptions in the Listener Subscription service resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters;
War;
Terrorism;
Government action;
Internet outages;
Cybersecurity incidents;
Failure of cloud service providers;
Power failures;
Pandemics;
Labour disputes.
Aureon will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore services as soon as practicable.
94. GOVERNING LAW
Unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise, these Listener Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory legal protections available under the laws of their country of habitual residence where such protections cannot lawfully be waived.
95. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises relating to the Listener Subscription, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith discussions.
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking:
Emergency court orders;
Injunctive relief;
Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights;
Any other remedy available under applicable law.
Consumers retain any rights to bring proceedings before competent courts where required by mandatory law.
96. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Listener Subscription Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable:
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect;
The invalid provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
97. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Listener Subscription Terms, together with Aureon's:
Terms of Use;
Privacy Policy;
Cookie Policy;
Refund & Cancellation Policy;
Copyright Policy;
Acceptable Use Policy;
Community Guidelines; and
Any other applicable legal documents,
constitute the entire agreement governing your Listener Subscription.
Nothing in this provision excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or limits mandatory statutory rights.
98. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You agree that Aureon may provide notices and communications relating to your subscription electronically, including through:
Email;
Your Aureon Account;
Website notifications;
Mobile application notifications.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information remains accurate and up to date.
