This policy explains how Aureon Music Group operates this service and protects its customers.
Digital music
Because digital content is supplied immediately, cancellation rights may be limited once delivery or download begins where permitted by law and where the customer has expressly agreed. This does not affect remedies for files that are defective, misdescribed or not supplied.
Failed delivery
If payment is confirmed but the secure download cannot be supplied, Aureon will investigate and may issue replacement access or a refund where delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
Merchandise
Physical merchandise may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer law and the conditions shown at purchase. Items should be unused and returned with original packaging unless faulty.
How to request help
Contact info@aureonmusicgroup.com with the order reference, the item purchased and a clear description of the issue. Refunds are returned through the original payment method after approval.
