Purchases
Prices and product details are shown before checkout. Orders are accepted when payment is confirmed. Aureon may cancel and refund an order affected by fraud, pricing error, rights restriction or technical inability to supply.
Digital music licence
A music purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and enjoy the file. The copyright and master recording rights remain with their lawful owners. Redistribution, resale, public upload and unauthorised commercial use are prohibited.
Account and website use
You must not attempt to bypass security, obtain private master files, interfere with the website, automate abusive requests or use Aureon content unlawfully.
Liability and changes
Aureon will provide services with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Policies may be updated when services, laws or business operations change.
