Electric Heart

Kealan Varek

Electric Heart introduces Kealan Varek with a bold collision of modern pop, electro-pop and contemporary R&B. Driven by a distinctive analogue synth motif, deep pulsing bass and powerful modern drums, the track tells the story of someone who became emotionally numb after being hurt—until an unexpected connection makes him feel alive again. Kealan's rich male vocal moves from restrained, intimate verses into an explosive chorus built around the defining line, “You restart my electric heart.” Dark, melodic and energetic, Electric Heart establishes the foundation of Kealan Varek's sound: emotionally intelligent modern pop where the melody is every bit as important as the lyric.
