Barefoot Freedom

Josiah Rivers

Barefoot Freedom is Josiah Rivers' infectious escape from the pressures of modern life. Blending upbeat reggae with Caribbean Pop, acoustic soul and Afro-Caribbean rhythm, the track pairs a distinctive guitar melody with bouncing bass and an instantly memorable chorus. Josiah trades screens, deadlines and expectations for sunshine, rain, friendship and the freedom of living in the present. Beneath its feel-good rhythm lies a simple message: freedom isn't necessarily somewhere you travel to—it's a way of choosing to live. Warm, energetic and unapologetically uplifting, Barefoot Freedom is designed to be one of Josiah Rivers' defining crossover records.
