Carry Me Home

Josiah Rivers

Carry Me Home reveals one of the most vulnerable sides of Josiah Rivers, blending deep Reggae Soul with authentic roots reggae and warm R&B. Built around a haunting cello motif, heavy melodic bass and Hammond organ, the song explores the exhaustion of always being the person expected to stay strong. Rather than asking someone to solve his problems, Josiah asks for something simpler: stay beside him long enough for him to find himself again. Intimate, soulful and emotionally powerful, Carry Me Home redefines home not as a destination, but as the person or place where you no longer have to carry everything alone.
